Thank you for your interest in volunteering to “sort” beers for the 2025 World Beer Cup Competition. You are receiving this form because you have previously volunteered for the beer sorting process for other Brewers Association beer competitions or you’ve been referred by someone who has.
Please take your time to read the info below carefully and please do not share this form with anyone without first contacting Cellar Manager, Mike Aronson.
We will be receiving over 8,500 entries for this year’s competition beginning on March 24th. This form is where you will sign up for ALL volunteer sorting shifts... Morning Shifts- 8:30am-12:30pm Afternoon Shifts- 1:00pm-5:00pm Evening Shifts- 6:00pm-10:00pm
Choose as many shifts as you would lIke, but only those that you know that you can attend. Cancellations deny other volunteers from those opportunities.
For every 3 shifts you attend you will earn 1 ticket to the 2025 GABF tasting session of your choice. A maximum of 6 tickets may be earned by any individual. - Due to attendance capacities, no more than 2 tickets can be earned per individual for the Saturday tasting session. - Ticket Deferment to future GABFs will no longer be allowed unless special circumstances exist.
Volunteers will receive (1) case of mixed beer for every shift completed. We will also have various thank you gifts to be raffled for those of you attending numerous shifts.
Volunteers are expected to be ON TIME for all shifts; please plan accordingly.
The warehouse will be cooled to 45 degrees so please dress appropriately. Thin work gloves and a hat are recommended.
Once you have completed the form you will receive an email confirmation listing the shifts you have signed up for. Keep this email for your reference. Thank you for your continued support, the Brewers Association greatly appreciates our volunteers!
